• CORPORATE GOVERNANCE: We have advised Nigerian companies and assisting them to install good corporate governance mechanisms, including providing advice on board powers and proceedings, and internal company proceedings and processes reviews regarding corporate governance, as well serving as external company secretaries for companies.

Over the years, we have acted as recovery agents to banks. Consequently, we are armed with the capacity to recover non-performing loans as well as trace the assets of the debtors both within Nigeria and in the diaspora.

We constantly advice clients on employment law related matters. We have successfully handled matters of this nature at the special court created for Labour and employment matters which is the National Industrial Court. We have also taken steps to broker settlements between employees and employers with a view to maintain a cordial master and servant relationship in line with the Labour Act as well as with other extant Labour laws of the Federation.

We are very familiar with real estate practices in Nigeria. We have acquired and sold properties on behalf of clients in several states of the country. We have drafted, reviewed and perfected legal mortgage transactions. We constantly advise financial institutions on matters regarding legal mortgages, perfection of titles, due diligence and regulatory compliance on property related matters.
